Hi, I’m Rachel DeSchepper, a digital strategist, content marketer, and multimedia writer and editor who has led digital content strategy for national publications including Better Homes & Gardens, Modern Farmer, Country Living, and Every Day with Rachael Ray, as well as content marketing for nonprofit associations and start-ups in the Kansas City area.
I’m passionate about helping clients, brands, and publications tell their stories, through smart content marketing strategies and traditional marketing levers. I’ve spent the past 15 years creating content for print, digital, video, social, and audio. I know how to get the right content to people, where they want it and when they want it—whether that’s a podcast on a Sunday evening to ward off the Sunday-night scaries; a newsletter on Monday morning chockfull of recipes that helps a busy mom plan her week of 30-minute dinners; or an Insta story on Tuesday night that wraps up the news of the day.
I light up when I work with innovative organizations and teams who are laser focused on their mission, creating for good, and giving back to our communities. At my core, I’m a servant leader, and I strive to nurture a supportive, got-your-back culture no matter what.
